        At Cecer, we want to make sure you receive your furniture in a timely and convenient manner. Here are some important things you need to know about our shipping policy:

        Estimated Delivery Time
        Once an order is received, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process before it ships from the Cecer' warehouse. Once the order is in transit, Domestic US orders will take 3 - 7 business days to be delivered. Generally, it takes 4-10 business days for the item to be delivered to you. However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing.

        Currently, we only ship to the US
        Areas Not Served: Due to shipping method and rate challenges, we currently do not ship to the following areas: Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto. P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses are also not supported for delivery.

        Shipping Method
        We partner with FedEx to offer the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

        Shipping fees are calculated based on the value of the order.
        For orders less than $200, a shipping fee of $9.99 per order is required

        The following applies to Domestic US Mainland customers located in the contiguous 48 states. It does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories: Cecer orders of $200.00 or more will receive Free Shipping. Offer is only available to individual consumer use only; not available to retail / wholesale / distributor customers.

        All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

        Returns & Refunds

        Cecer strives to provide you with a pleasant and seamless shopping experience. We kindly ask for your understanding that furniture shipping is very costly, and therefore, customers are liable for the delivery and return charges for any returns or cancellations due to personal reasons. Any returns or exchanges must adhere to our cancellation, return and refund policy.

        Cancellation:
        We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, subject to order processing costs. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

        • Not Dispatched Order

        For items that have not been dispatched yet, you will receive a full refund for the value of the product.

        • Ready-to-ship Order

        For items that are ready to be shipped, we will attempt to cancel the shipment for you. If the item has been picked and packed but not shipped, you will need to pay a restocking fee of $20 per order. However, if the item has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but you can reject delivery. If you reject it, you will be required to pay a total of $50 for return shipping and handling fees.

        General Return:
        Cecer wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that some conditions apply:

        • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and parts included.
        • The item must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
        • The item must not be a custom-made or personalized product.
        • The item must not be a clearance or final sale product.


        You will have to pay for the return or exchange cost if there are no quality issues involved. We reserve the right to deduct the restocking fee from your refund when the returned item is not in its original packaging/condition or has been damaged. You will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice price on all furniture returns.

        Defective items
        In rare cases, you may get a defective item. To qualify as a defective item, one of the following must apply:

        • Item has a defect, or is faulty, or malfunctions
        • Wrong item is received
        • Part(s) missing
        • Damaged


        We recommend you to check the item within 48 hours of delivery and notify us of any faulty items to our customer service (support@cecer.com) as soon as possible. Please provide a copy of the original order confirmation, the item number and quantity of the faulty item, and photos or videos that clearly display the fault. Depending on the situation, we will take care of refunding, exchanging or replacing the item within 30 days of delivery based on your preference.

        Please note: any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and will be rejected when they arrive at our return center.
